Condominium Repair - Corpus Christi TX

A large beachfront condominium complex in Corpus Christi's North Beach had eighteen units that were in need of repairs. The balconies in these units had sustained significant water damage, due to a leaking roof, and had to be completely rebuilt. We were recommended for this project by a client that we had helped rennovate their hotel a few years beofre.

Prior to our engagement on the project, a different company had been contracted to do the repairs. Unfortunately, this company was not up to the task. They work was going really slowly - over a year had already gone by without much progress. To make things worse, the work that had been done was done poorly and not up to code for a beachfront property in the Corpus Christi area.

When we were brought in, we had to work with our Architect and Engineer to draw up plans for the repairs, get the necessary permits, and undo the previous crews work before we could start repair the balconies properly.
